How to plant:

Emergent Plant (P): Grows well around the edges or in shallow areas around the pond. All iris' have broad emerald colored leaves shaped like swords. Flower stalks are taller than the leaves thus creating the "Flag" appearance. Flowers are 2-3" wide. Plant grows to 2-3 ft. tall depending on species.
How to Plant:
Planting depth is 0-8" in a container and also needs approximately 6-8 hours of direct sunlight.

How to plant:
Plants should be planted in a spacious container so they can spread and achieve optimum development. Water must be 70°F when they are planted.

Description:
Floating leaf (P): The narrow leaf stalks emerge from a buried rhizome. Floating leaves range in size from 4-12" wide with reddish purple underside. Flowers float on the water surface and are borne on individual stalks that arise directly from the rhizome and range from 3-8" wide. There are several colors to choose from. Grows at depths 2-6 feet. Flowering occurs throughout the summer. Flowers open in the morning and close by mid afternoon.
How to plant:
Plant 1 per container or 2 for large container. Set in water at depths 2-6".
