Credentials Nancy Downes, Owner Nancy Downes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and is currently employed as a chemist/bacteriologist at a water treatment plant. She also holds a Class I water treatment license through the State of Ohio E.P.A. and is also a licensed custom applicator for aquatic herbicides/pesticides through the Department of Agriculture. Nancy worked part time for three years as a regional salesperson with an aquatics company where she accrued much knowledge regarding pond/lake management techniques.
